- All reservations are subject to tax + electric. Each site is allowed 2 adults, and 2 children.(under 18 yrs of age) Additional adults $10.00 per person(s) per day, per site.
- All sites have full hook up (sewer, water, electric , TV hookup)
- Free Direct TV service is available, we require a $100.00 cash deposit only for the Direct TV equipment unit during your stay. Prior to your departure return all Direct TV equipment (5 items) to the office. Then you will be given back your deposit by check or cash. THIS SERVICE IS TEMPORARY UNAVAILABLE AT THIS TIME DUE TO COVID 19.
- Free Internet Services are also available for our guest. See office for details.

- No Refunds for early departures due to family, life, weather etc.
- Please note making reservations after hours you may get a call back from a (734) exchange.
Pet friendly we are! Yes, at no cost!! We do require you to provide paperwork showing dog breed along with shot records. (Lease tenants only) All we ask is that all pets be kept on a leash at all times while in the park. When your pet has done its business. Please do yours to keep our island/park clean. This way we are all happy campers!

Cancellation Policy:
When your reservation is made you pay a 1 day non refundable deposit. If you need to cancel, please call our office so we can take care of your reservation accordingly.
